The Consortium Universities：
The Consortium was established on September 2nd, 2008. It consists of National Taiwan University (NTU), National Chengchi University (NCCU), Catholic Fu-Jen University (FJU), National Dong Hua University (NDHU), National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Tamkang University, and National Sun Yat Sen University (NSYSU). Each university will establish an EU Centre as a liaison office.

Steering Committee：
The Steering Committee, serving as the highest governing body of the European Union in Taiwan, is composed of the presidents of consortium universities, the Director General of the European Union Centre in Taiwan, and the Head of the European Economic and Trade Office in Taiwan. The committee is chaired by the President of National Taiwan University, with three vice chairs—one being the President of National Chengchi University and two others elected by the committee members. The Steering Committee convenes at least once a year to deliberate and approve the annual budget and plans.

Advisory Committee：
Members of the Advisory Committee are nominated by the director of EUTW, and require the mandate of the Steering Committee to be appointed. Currently there are 42 members responsible for advising the centre’s operations, projects and activities. The consultative committee submits proposals to the Advisory Committee, under the latter’s mandate, assists in the implementation of EUTW projects.
