The Programme in European Union Studies (PEUS) of the College of International Affairs at National Chengchi University, one of our partner schools, has been awarded the Jean Monnet Module 2022 grant, making it the only institution receiving such an honour in Taiwan.

The European Union initiated the Jean Monnet Module program to promote global EU teaching and research and to encourage the publication and dissemination of academic research results. Its main goals are to advance EU studies and share teaching experiences with young scholars, experts, and researchers; to support the publication and dissemination of academic research; to encourage the introduction of the EU perspective in exploring non-EU related issues; and to provide tailored EU courses for postgraduate students.

In recent years, the selection standards have become increasingly stringent, with awarded institutions emerging from fierce global competition among universities. Once again, congratulations to our partner university, National Chengchi University!
