The annual meeting of the Institute of International Relations - (name of the author), in order to facilitate the selection of operations. The Association is expected to finalize the paper on 29 June, 2019 and notify the contributors.

2. The full text of the paper is based on the principle of no more than 20,000 words. Please write in the academic format.
The full text deadline is 30 October, 2019 (Wed), in order to give commentators enough time to read the theory.
The text and the annual conference papers must be printed. Please submit the full text to the annual conference, Email: associationofir.roc@gmail.com before the deadline.
