中研院歐美所「溪畔歐美講座」邀請洪德欽 研究員於民國112年6月6日（星期二）下午2: 30舉行一場演講，由歐美所鄧育仁特聘研究員兼所長主持，東吳大學法學院李貴英特聘教授擔任與談人，地點在歐美所研究大樓1樓會議室。

由台灣歐洲教育推廣協會(即歐洲教育展) 舉辦的2023年度歐洲留學獎學金於5月15日開跑，即將徵件到7月16日，此獎學金將補助2位赴歐洲攻讀碩士同等學歷的學生，每人$100,000的獎學金，以減低學生留學時的經濟負擔。

申請資格
具中華民國國籍。
在台灣取得學士學位，畢業成績平均85分以上者。
年齡35歲以下，已取得國外學校入學許可者。因疫情影響，得開放獲獎生於本獎學金公告錄取後補交國外學校入學許可。
未獲得本國政府或其它任何單位提供之出國獎學金者。
已經具有碩士學位，計畫到歐洲地區就讀第二個碩士者；或已經在歐洲地區大學註冊，開始碩士學業者；或攻讀雙聯學位及交換學程者，皆不符合本獎學金申請條件
申請人所攻讀之課程不得為遠距教學課程、函授課程或通信教育。

2023 【青年領導力國際座談】3月份場次歐盟講座
俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭已超過一年，雙方目前形成對峙的形勢。中國大陸與俄羅斯因俄烏戰爭關係更加緊密，共同與美國抗衡；而美國及歐盟為主的西方國家則在東歐築起對俄羅斯的防線，並在東亞加強對中國的圍堵，全球似乎有進入「冷戰2.0」的趨勢。

Program Overview
The Leadership Program is designed to offer recent university graduates an opportunity to fast-track their careers with Louis Vuitton as a Future Leader in Retail.

Store and Office Rotations
The 24-month Leadership Program will immerse young talents in an accelerated learning environment to develop their Team and Retail Management skills through on-the-job training, diverse projects, personalized mentoring as well as engagement with our management team.

The structured rotational program across Stores and office will equip our Management Trainees with multi-faceted operational experience and practical skill set to prepare for a management role in Retail.

In Stores, Management Trainees will have hands-on experience with Clients, as well as Business Development, Retail Operations, Team Management and Project Management. During the Office attachment, they will be tasked with functional assignments. They will also gain first-hand exposure to the dynamics of how different departments work together through a cross-functional project.

Regional Exposure
Throughout the Program, Management Trainees will be part of a community of fellow Trainees in North Asia and have the opportunity for regional exposure through shared learning and projects. The Program will incorporate a range of learning opportunities as well as mentor ship by senior managers, so by the end of the Program, Management Trainees will have built a robust and comprehensive foundation in Retail Management.

第22屆臺比(利時)經濟合作會議將於5月5日（四）下午3點於台北華南銀行總部國際會議中心舉辦，活動主題為台灣與比利時兩國的半導體產業介紹與促進交流。

本會議最值得關注的講者為比利時IMEC研究機構策略長 Jo De Boeck，將介紹全球最新半導體研發趨勢。另外歐盟經貿辦事處經濟組雍青龍組長將介紹2月份公告的“歐洲晶片法”具體政策，其他還有“台愛聯盟” 台灣人工智慧晶片聯盟副會長張世杰，及比利時荷語區魯文大學的國際權威性學者Dr Marian Verhelst將會演講關於半導體主流趨勢:人工智慧晶片時代的到來。

「臺灣法語月」推行已有11年歷史，由台灣法國文化協會規劃辦理3月一整個月之法語相關活動，並獲得臺灣所有使用法語的駐台辦事處提供相關資源共同合辦，旨在讓臺灣民眾認識，全球計有29個國家以法語為其官方語言；法語為全球普遍被使用的語言，包括非洲，例如剛果以及亞洲的越南等，法文為其國家官方語言之一。

Covid-19 Policies Roundtable - 9 December 2021 16:00-18:00 CET (European University Institute, Robert Schumann Centre) - virtual panel


This roundtable, discusses "The Pandemic in Canada in Comparative Perspective" is part of a larger workshop held locally in Florence on "The COVID-19 Pandemic and the European Union" taking place on 9-10 December 2021. The online roundtable that takes place on 9 December 2021 16:00-18:00 CET, is chaired by Renaud Dehousse, President of the European University Institute, with presentations by Ailish Campbell, Canadian Ambassador to the European Union; Louis Pauly, University of Toronto; Frédéric Mérand, University of Montreal and Kathy Brock, Queen’s University.



Panel topic: the COVID-19 pandemic has posed unprecedented worldwide challenges, to the international economic and political order, but also to the European Union (EU). In the EU we often are ill-informed about policies elsewhere around the globe. This four-person panel discusses COVID-19 policies in Canada -- a decentralised federal state, the second largest territory in the world, with different provincial health jurisdictions choosing their policies sometimes differently from one another. It also places the Canadian policy to COVID-19 in comparative perspective. This roundtable is specifically open to a wider audience of scholars, students and policy-makers who may attend this event virtually from around the globe.

一、宗旨| Aim of the Forum:

為提升南臺灣歐洲及歐盟教育及研究，並與國內外教育機構、私人機關、政府和非政府組織間建立關於歐洲事務之交流對話平台，自 2018 年起文藻外語大學歐洲研究所辦理「文藻歐洲論壇」，每年針對當年度重大國際議題進行探討分析，持續深化、促進南台灣歐洲事務教研意識。

Since 2018, the Graduate Institute of European Studies (GIES) at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, organizes the "Wenzao European Forum" to deepen the understanding of European developments, and to establish a platform for dialogue and exchange in Southern Taiwan. The forum focuses on major Europe-related issues and invites domestic and international scholars to discuss questions of relevance across various fields of European studies.

第四屆文藻歐洲論壇主題將「歐洲復甦」為主軸，探討後疫情時代歐洲各國疫後復甦之成效與展望，邀請國內外學者與會深度討論與交流國際現況。本論壇歡迎來自各領域如政治、經濟、法律、教育、環境、衛生等研究論文投稿，並期望探討以下問題：

在快速變動的國際情勢下，歐洲主要面臨的挑戰。
如何評估歐洲各國、歐盟、學術機構、非政府組織等，對於歐洲復甦所付出的努力。
歐洲在後疫情時代中所扮演的角色。
上述領域如何克服當前挑戰，進行改革與創新。
Covid-19危機對於歐洲和世界的啟示。
Based on the topic of the 4th Wenzao European Forum (Europe’s Recovery) scholars are invited to explore the effectiveness recovery measures in European countries and evaluate prospects for the post-pandemic era. The forum welcomes submissions of contributions from various academic fields such as politics, economics, law, education, environment, health, etc., and looks forward to exploring the following issues:

In what ways has the Covid-19 crisis changed Europe and its relation to the world?
What are the main challenges Europe faces under the rapidly changing international context?
How to assess the efforts of European countries, the EU, academic institutions, NGOs, and other actors in the recovery of Europe?
Can we observe major trends in the carried out reforms and innovative approaches across different fields?
What is the role of Europe (and European actors) in the post-pandemic era?
