不侷限大學部或碩士班。
Language : Native Chinese speaker and English ability.
參考實習內容第二項與第三項,母語需為中文,另,英文聽說讀寫中等程度以上。

實習內容
  1. Service team dispatch optimization – data analysis and process development.
  2. Taiwan government onshore wind-energy policy and public opinion analysis and recommendations.
  3. Create a permit process manual for onshore wind projects in Taiwan.
  4. Analysis of cause and recommendation for the reduction of pitching fault errors.
  5. Analysis of cause and recommendation for the reduction of Power cabinet IGBT errors.

實習期間 Internship Period:
a) 2 Months: Break of Winter (from 2022 Jan or Feb) or Summer (2022 July-Aug)

Working Hours:
a) Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (12:30 p.m. – 13:30 p.m. Lunch Break).
b) When the situation requires, Intern are expected to work overtime upon request of Management.
薪酬 a) 2 Months: Offer Transportation Allowance NTD8,000 of each month
b) 6 Months: Salary NTD24,000/month
c) All wages are before tax
實習地點 It is open for TPE, TXG and KHH offices
需求條件 Familiar with MS Office system operation (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Good at communication, Data Analysis and Presentation.
  • Language: Fluent Chinse and advance level of English (ex: Toeic 800 or up)

實習內容
  1. To support all business development operations by coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders
  2. To have hands-on experience in providing logistics services for our customers.
  3. Main Responsibilities (may vary depending on assigned department)
    • Develop ongoing communication campaign and assets, including but not limited to slides, briefing documents, microsites and visual/video assets
    • To support customer solutions function with our products and systems
    • To conduct market research, analyze and generate report on top of market developments and business opportunities.
    • To coordinate with all related parties to ensure a seamless customer service experience for all customers + stakeholders.
    • To support on execution of marketing and promotion programs to maximize sales.
    • To search information, compile data and analyze for business process enhancement.
    • To support the process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
    • To support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality and productivity of operational processes and systems.
    • To support the analysis of operational procedures for both customers and suppliers and assist with documenting and producing solutions.
    • To identify and refer data quality issues to responsible parties for corrective actions.
    • To create/ complete shipment details in our internal data management system (Carrier/ Vessel, Item description, etc.)
