It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that our good friend and colleague, Prof. Frank Delmartino has passed away on Sunday, 21 June 2015. Professor Delmartino visited Taiwan several times and maintained good relations with a majority of Taiwanese scholars on EU studies. He was also giving full support to Taiwanese participation in international communities of EU Studies around the world. On June 29, the EU Centre in Taiwan and ESCA Taiwan received this sad news from Professor Delmartino’s family. His family informed us that, until the beginning of June, Professor Delmartino remained active both professionally and privately. His death came as a surprise to all of his family too.

EUTW and ECSA Taiwan have sent emails to Madam Delmartino expressing our deepest regret and sincere condolence.
